Shipping times start when shipping has been dispatched,
Approximate times:
Within Australia - please allow 2 - 7 business days
Outside of Australia - please allow 10 - 40 business days
Once your order has been dispatched, the shipping provider will contact you directly regarding delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are available to receive the delivery and to respond to any delivery notices in a timely manner.

If you require to return an item after communication, please package securely and post to P.O Box 693, Margate Beach 4019 QLD Australia and email through tracking number. Once I have received the package, a refund or replacement can be made.
